Not good

I need to speak with Cynthia sawka. She helped me when my husband purchased the bill of sale form because we were having compatibility problems. We can't print it, won't use it cuz we can't print it and Cynthia told me our payment would be credited back to my husbands credit card. Please credit the card as I was told - we are not going to use your service, not good. Thanks

Watch your back

Sneaky Sneaky, they will charge you for their "FREE" forms, don't give a credit card and not read the very fine print. 4 months later, the "FREE" form cost me $132.00. Shame on you Canada for allowing this company to steal from people.
DO NOT USE, there are free forms out there.

Totally misleading

I searched for FREE forms. Lawdepot stated that it had free forms and said I could fill out the forms on line and print. Which I did. At the end of the process I was told I had to choose which free/or license before I printed the form. There no place to choose free except a large box the said choose here (or something to that nature) there was no place for free, only 3 different fees. I just wanted my forms so I choose the $19.95 fee.
I got a response from lawdepot.com. They stated that I should call a phone # for help. I called and basically it was a waste of time. The lady assured me that it was my ignorance the I got charged. In other words, you better take the time to read the very fine print and have a lawyer's degree. BEST THING YET. LEAVE THEM ALONE, there are better places out there. Yes, my loss, I read the copy I got, it had errors. SO, I went some where else and got what I needed for FREE
I found out why my bank charged a n extra fee, "overseas purchase" they are not an American Company... another good reason to stay away!

On the license selection page, there are three options presented. One option is a yearly option, one option is a one time charge Basic option and one option is the 7 day free trial offer. Our records show that you selected the one time Basic option for $19.95 and no other charges occurred other than the one charge as per the license selection you made. There is no other charge for the account information that you have provided. Contact our customer support team at 1-855-231-8424 to discuss this further after you have checked with your bank. You may be viewing a different transaction or bank record that does not pertain to LawDepot.

***Awesome Customer Service***

My experience today with the customer care tech was off the charts. She answered all of my questions in detail and didn't have a problem answering multiple senario questions that I had. She was very patient and calm. Her name is Mrs. Madzingo.

They charged us $100 for incorporation, and made a mistake on our application, and once confronting them, no apology given, just asked more money to solve the problem. Terrible.

Tried incorporating my business using law depot services. They gave me misleading information over the phone. Then eventually when I mentioned that information over the email they said it is not true, and they denied the fact that they spoke with me via phone.

I accepted their bad customer support and I was trying to continue business with them. The incorporator ended up sending a full refund and closing down my ticket without me asking to. Basically they're telling me "Here's your money back, we don't want to help you"

Lease for Trust #91 - 5 stars!

I called to get help in printing out the basic lease form I had filled out. I was annoyed because my first call to the help line was not answered and I thought I had been "taken." However, my second call went through and forwarded to Kori and she was wonderful. She never showed any impatience with me and was professional in every way. This I appreciated very much. She was just what the doctor ordered!?!

The person helping was very professional and respectful when I couldn't get a free copy of a health directive to print properly. She offered to e-mail me two different alternatives to try. The pdf worked. Your customer service will be remembered as we do more legal affairs in the future and will pay for them!
