I signed up for the 7-day free trial on July 3. I asked them a question the same day (because every time I tried to bring up a Wyoming document they gave me a Wisconsin document instead.) They never replied to my question. On July 9 I attempted multiple times to cancel my free trial but their website was down. Next day same. I also tried to contact by phone multiple times, no call back from Law Depot. On July 11 they charged me for the next month (their website was STILL DOWN). Since then I have been trying to get my money back without so much as a reply from them.

Purchased a document with the intent of printing a approval copy. Then next day printing a final approved copy. (all within Lawdepot terms) Because their site is down, it's impossible to update and reprint. The site has a "down for scheduled" maintenance page only. Left several voice messages without response. Had no working email for this company. Couldn't wait any longer, so I was forced to acquire another document else ware.
