Took two tries for your system to take my payment. Encountered error messages when trying to process the credit card.

- We do not accept Debit cards, Discover cards or gift cards/prepaid cards.
- Your financial institution has issued an International Purchase hold. You would have to contact your bank to remove the hold temporarily.

I am a little confused. I purchased a subscription a few months back. I got a new computer and I logged into my account, started a new contract and at the end of the contract I was told I have to pick a subscription. I had know idea on how to get to this subscription, so I purchased another. I would like to know where was I to find my previous subscription that was already paid for?
