Could not pay initially with a debit card after several attempts

Thank you for letting us know about the trouble you experienced when trying to make a payment. We appreciate your patience. At this time, our system does not accept debit cards, which is why the transaction wasn’t going through despite multiple attempts.
For your convenience, we do accept major credit cards such as AMEX, Visa, and MasterCard, as well as PayPal. If you try again using one of these payment methods, you should be able to complete the purchase smoothly.

Good, but took a long time for payment to go through for some reason

An error message can occur for the following reasons:
- We do not accept Debit cards, Discover cards or gift cards/prepaid cards.
- Your financial institution has issued an International Purchase hold. You would have to contact your bank to remove the hold temporarily.
Please use a different card or PayPal to process your order in case that happens again, and if you need assistance, please don't hesitate to call us.
