Decent documentation, but not super intuitive. Would like word docs for easier editing, but understand that perhaps this is something that is needed by Law Depot.

1. I would like to add another individual beyond the four that it prompts for, why not allow more? 2. I would like to have been prompted for optional witnessing of the signature by a lawyer or other person. 3. It asked me if I wanted the Emergency Contact and I said NO but it still included it in the final form.

I like the service, but I can't sign up for the year yet. I got to pay for a two-week access, but I don't understand your pricing yet. I don't need to store documents as much as I need to create them.

You do not to sign up for a Yearly service. You have two other options which are the Basic License and the monthly subscription which starts off as a Free Trial for one week. If you used a credit card, your card may have an international purchase hold, or there are not enough funds for the transaction, which is why it is being rejected. Please contact your bank and verify with them. Your account status shows that you have successfully signed up for a basic 5-year Access for the Lease Agreement.
