Extremely disappointed with the poor customer service and lack of communication from laurageller.com. My original order was lost, which was already frustrating enough. They reordered it, but failed to tell me that the replacement shipment required someone to be home to receive it. Since I work during normal business hours, I missed the delivery attempt.
I then attempted to change the delivery options using the link they provided, only to get an Error 404 message because their system apparently doesn't work properly. As a result, the package was shipped back.
To make matters worse, I wasted time dealing with their AI chat support on three separate occasions. Each time I was told I would be connected to a live representative, but after waiting more than 10 minutes with no help, I had to return to work.
Between the lost order, broken support links, lack of communication, and nearly impossible access to real customer service, this has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I've had. I expected much better from a well-known company.
I have been a loyal customer since I started buying Laura Geller foundation a couple of years ago. However my item ordered in December has still not arrived. I almost forgot about it when I went on their chat and was told that the courier had 'lost' it.
I am angry as this is the second time this has happened. All I received was a replacement, so this time I asked - in light of the fact that this was the second time and I had deliberately ordered early so as not to run out of foundation - could they offer a discount? They offered 15% which is what every customer gets when ordering for the first time. I asked for my complaint to be escalated and promised a response within 24 hours. IT NEVER CAME.
I was then promised - after chasing up a second time - 30% discount plus a replacement item. I was happy. THEN I received an email informing me that I should not have been offered this and once again telling me that I could get 15% discount. At this point the website was showing what looks to be a 40% discount across the site to any customer, so I was not happy with this, understandably.
Replies to complaints are very slow and now I have received a reply telling me that I am going to receive a full refund and NO ITEM. THIS IS NOT WHAT I WANTED!
I have NEVER encountered such appalling customer service in my 57 years. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY. Their products are SO SLOW to arrive even when they don't get lost in the post.
I saw the product advertised several times before I decided to place my order on the phone. After waiting a few weeks, disheveled enveloped arrived with the promised products and just a return address not mentioning the famous "Laura Geller"... and no instruction or glossy pamphlet! My first use was disappointing, not at all like the commercial, and the color of the base turned "orange" on my pale white skin tone. After a third try, I finally checked the back of the cardboard container and saw the CHINA reference to origin. I'm disgusted at the company selling this trash and myself for thinking "brand name" could be purchased for CHEAP!
Laura Geller's site is not easy to use. They makeup might be good but, their business practices are questionable. I have tried 3 times to cancel my subscription. I was given different options but the only real option is calling and sitting on hold forever. BEWARE of this company.
I tried the baked foundation, blush, and highlighter set. After several attempts to get a somewhat acceptable effect, I quit. Tossed it all in the trash, as a matter of fact. I don't have major lines/ wrinkles, just a few when I smile, and small horizontal forehead lines over my brows. They were all accentuated by the foundation. The powder itself slipped into lines; felt tight and looked mask-ish. Nothing subtle or "natural" about it; I used a light touch but still ended up with an unappealing 1985 look. Unless you wish to return to that garish era, I would avoid these products.
I have watched so many commercials for Laura Geller and was somewhat skeptical of the results seen on TV. I finally after a couple months decided to purchase the palette combo with the baked balance n brighten color correcting foundation. I have used it a few times and getting better at applying each time. The choices in the palette are wonderful. I am so happy with my results and get compliments on the change. So much better than my past make up regime. I am 70 years old and I love the fresh satiny look. It makes my skin look so healthy.
Foundation, glow and other facial products. I do like the hand creams and lip stick. The facial products break out my face.
Somehow this company found me probably by some underhanded way. I have no interest in makeup and certainly didn't look for this website. I blocked the email and they came through. I tried to unsubscribe but there is no option even they said there was. I would never buy from them if I did use makeup as they are so invasive and predatory at all costs. Every way I tried to stop the emails including telling them I don't use makeup didn't stop them from continuing to contact me. This is not a company I would do business with.
They promised a refund if not happy. Having been trying for a week to schedule a return. They will not even communicate with me. Safe your money!

I am not, at all, impressed with their customer service. They keep sending me items I did not purchase and charge me. I have used their links to indicate this problem and I get no response. Don't order from them, they have an agenda of their own and it will not be under your terms.
Do not buy as this company will not back up its claims. Impossible to exchange or return. There is no way to reach them by phone or chat
Ordered 2 products. One incorrect, customer service is at best a lousy Bot and at its worse non-existent. Called (no good published number) text no answer, chat no-one there other than bot, emailed and received a request to rate their customer service. What a joke! Have yet to be contacted by customer service to get correct product. Filed BBBcomplaint. But still no action from LG. Don't buy from them!

I was sketchy at first because it's a little high price in these times but I bought this product and I was amazed.It's very light on the face very easy to apply.And it feels like you're wearing nothing and you look great.Thank you laura geller!
My first order was shipped in the 3-5 day promise, but it took another week for it to arrive. The foundation was much too dark. I ordered medium which is the color i have used in multiple other foundations. This one was very orange. So i submitted for an exchange, which again was promised to be shipped in the 3-5 day window. It's now day 7 and I still have no email confirmation it has shipped. I was hoping I would have the new color prior to leaving on a very long vacation next week. That is not going to happen based on my previous item taking a week to get to me after it was shipped. I will not order from them again.
3-5 business days is what the agreement from the company is... not fulfilled. Do not care how good the product is I will not be ordering from them again! Repeatedly told that I would receive tracking information because it's now the 5th day...3-5 is the agreement and have had no shipping info at all. I could have orders another product and had it days ago. Maybe you should extend your delivery time so that people aren't let down. As a beauty company you should be more interested in elevating women instead of playing them around and letting them down. Smh laura geller!
Their customer service is non-existent and doesn't respond, and when you try to make a return you only get part of your money back. What a waste.
There is no phone customer support, emails very unresponsive, and they make it difficult to return an item.
I received damaged makeup, they emailed me and situation was not resolved. No replacement or any communication. Tried telephone and voicemail all filled up. What a way to run a company. Will never buy again!
Answer: To have it replaced with a different shade. What are the next steps to make this happen.
