Ordené unas flores del catálogo que tienen en la página y luego que las pagué me dijeron que para Tucumán no tenían rosas y la foto era un arreglo con rosas y que me podían mandar otro arreglo pero con claveles y me mandaron una foto de un arreglo totalmente diferente al que yo ordené y si quería ponerle rosas debía pagas $50 extra aparte de lo ya pagado, cancelé la orden el mismo día que la hice, a la hora y me dijeron que me reembolsarían el dinero inmediatamente y han pasado 9 días y no lo han hecho a pesar que les escribo día de por medio, no se dejen estafar, no es un negocio confiable!
Terrible quality. Terrible customer service. Be aware of the price. You think you are buying in local currency and the changes are in dollar. I ended up paying $130 for something that costs $30. Huge mistake. Stay away! Save your money!
I ordered a Ficus Plant and a branch was sent. This was a gift to someone totally not acceptable and embarrassing. I let them know and sent pictures and they did not care.
Also ordered flowers by selecting a picture, the flowers that were sent were not what the picture looked like at all. I understand that it can vary depending on stock but this arrangement was very different and again embarrassing. The first 2 pictures are what was sent and the last 2 pictures were what was supposed to be delivered.

Very disappointing and not reputable. I would stay away from them. I bought a cake and flower arrangement with a vase, but they sent a different cake which was substandard and the flowers didn't include the vase. They remain obstinate about making it right and they make up a whole bunch of excuses to deflect from their mistake. I will not be a returned customer again.

I used Latinflores.com for a recent gift to a friend in Medellin, Colombia. The flowers arrived on time and they were gorgeous. The price was reasonable too.
