Be careful with this app. I joined in August of 2024 and paid $30 through PayPal. Last week I was charged $99! I tried to dispute the charge because I sent them multiple emails with no response. Once PayPal got involved they did respond and I was told I didn't disable the auto renewal feature. I actually believe if I had known it would be an automatic $99 charge for renewal I never would have bought it. In any event PayPal didn't believe that they misrepresented themselves so I am out $99! Stay away from this app!

It has Tabata, calisthenics, flat stomach programs—it is one of my favorites—pilates in a chair on the wall, postpartum exercises, Wall yoga, and many more. This great one is perfect because it adapts to any need and has many exercises that can be done at home.

I have been using this app for the past few days and could not be more pleased with the results. From day one, the app has given me personalized diet plans and workout routines tailored to my goals and fitness level. I train every day, and when I go to the gym, I look at the app it's like taking a personal trainer with me, and I love it.
I used the app for one session then couldn't log in on day 2. App kept saying they sent me an e-mail to log in. After trying for 2 days, I cancelled requesting a refund. Nope, no refund. This is a terrible site and they aren't giving me a refund. I would not recommend this site to anyone. Beware of Lasta! There is no order # and they charged me two different times. Charged $54.49 and another $10.79. I'm beyond mad.

The customer service number says no one is available to try again later. Their website, has a chat box that leads to Zendesk. No option for a refund. I didn't order or receive any products from this company. When I filed a dispute through PayPal, they said I waited too late to dispute but on their website, it says customers have up to 30 days. I filed the complaint a day after I saw the charge which I did not even recognize. They don't even follow their own policy to issue refunds within 30 days. Paypal is siding with the vendor even though the company never provided a service or product to me. They don't even have a way to reach out to speak to anyone at the company.

SCAM.
I was excited to try lasta fit calisthenics.
Immediately after purchasing the calisthenics program, they automatically charged me for an additional weight lost program. I reached out via app and via email, on the same day, and they did not get back to me for a few days. 3 days later the say that will not refund my money for the additional weight loss program.
I was definitely taken advantage of.
Extremely rude and unhelpful.
After posting my experience, Lasta curiously sent an email stating they will refund the additional program I was charged for. Over 10 days later, NO REFUND.
In addition to the terrible customer service, LASTA Calisthenics is a poorly put together program. There is no variety in exercises, they just repeat the same exercises on different days.
Also, if you notice on the Instgram website, they have poor reviews, and they have changed their settings where they do not allow comments any longer. That seems calculated.
It is a SCAM.
I will continue to post on other review sites about this company as I still did not get my refund.
I would not trust this company.
