I've just made a very bad mistake I've bought one, what do I do if I had seen this website first full of bad reviews I wouldn't have ran and bought one, oh no I'm going to lose £34, that's not fair it also keeps coming up that it's processing my order that will be packaged and that but I bet it doesn't after reading the reviews I'm only young to, I never knew this was going to happen to me this just has been the worst day of my life

I was looking for a high output laser pointers, obviously this seller is on top of my search. His price is much higher than ebay, but considering his high output, which is much higher than others too, i think it should be worthy to have one from them. I did get some warms that they always overstate the power, but if the lasers at least have half of what they said, it should be fine.

Then i placed order, and the nightmare began. After I paid, I sent an email to them for a confirmation, NO REPLY. While maybe they are SO busy. I waited patiently for 3 days, still no reply, and i was a little worried. So I sent another email, still no reply. In the 5th day, I've got a short reply that the item was shipped. WOW finally, there was someone handling my order.

The rest thing is, I have never got my laser. And i keep sending emails to them and always no reply. You think this is the worst thing? Definitely NOT! THEY DELETE MY ACCOUNT!

THAT IS WHY I CALL NIGHTMARE!

I call my bank immediately to withdraw the money, and i am still working on it!

This is my first and the last laser store to buy from. I previously bought laser from ebay, but i'm sick of the fake output and slow delivery there. So i search and found this laser store, the price is high so i have a great expectation on their lasers. I bought a cheap green laser for a test, it didn't show up. I thought it was an accident, you know the website seems reliable. Then i place my second order, a 5000mw 450nm blue laser. It arrived at my house finally (NY USA), take about 2 months, i was so happy not last 10 minutes. Because i found it's not a 5w laser, it's a 1w one. I have a laser power meter to test. So disappointed. Well if you say to get a 1w laser is not bad, then you are wrong, the laser is totally dead after 3 days normally used. I've contact them but no response at all.

I go to laser pointer forums for research, and found a pretty good laser store, link is laserpointerstore.com, reasonable price with acceptable shipping speed. Many LPF member buy lasers from there. The output is real, when they say 1.5w is 1.8w, 4.5 is almost 5w output. You will get something exceed your expectations.

Never received them. I ordered 2 lasers and it was transferred to 3 different shippers. Finally USPS ended up with it and claimed they delivered it to my mailbox at 5:42 pm. I have cameras on my building and there was NO mail delivery that day. After sending laserpointerpro the camera footage they still told me too bad. 16 e-mails between them and me and hours of my time back and forth to the post office. Chinese company with broken english e-mails. I am disputing the card charges.

laserpointerpro.com is a hit and miss website usually tou will either get a laser pointer that doesn't work or is underspec the only way to get legit exactly as advertised laser pointer is if your lucky i bought three laser pointers and only one out of 3 three laser pointers that i purchased that is actually 200mW the lasers were so cheap i bouvh more then one the other two are still brighter then your average laser pointer but not what was advertised on the website the site say's the blue and green laser pointers a bought are 200mW i measured the power with a powere meter and found out there both only 25mW and the only the red one i have is actually 200mW and is able to burn through just about ecerything except metal atleast laserpointerpro is slightly better then lazerpoint.com

I gave it a one star because I can't rate it any lower.
This is a fraudulent company. I bought a laser from them, it was not working when I received it. After several weeks of emailing them, I got an address to return it to. I still have not seen a credit posted yet they keep sending me emails in broken English stating that it has been credited. Last email said they refunded me through ECPSS. I emailed back and asked what in the world is ECPSS and they sent me a link to that site in which was all in CHINESE!
