Product quality is amazing. In the months I have been working with them, there have been no defectives and the customer experience has been very satisfying.
Also, the customer support is great. They responded very quickly and took the time to track down the source of the problem, which I appreciate. Due to the nature of the business, some people may need to be in constant contact for support, but I feel like I get along very well with LARNT's support team.

I'm a shopify merchant and I love this app. It is easy to connect with shopify and the service is perfect. I have my own agent and he does a great job. He answered very quickly and was very helpful. Manuela is my agent. When I have questions, I can write to him in WhatsApp. Larnt's service is very good.

Bonnie is great customer support and she helps me follow up with the back office team. If the shipping has not been updated, she will offer to help me contact the urging team. Sometimes I complain that the product gets damaged due to shipping violence. She will also compensate me.

Hello, I have been working with LARNT for almost 1 year and what I love most is that their highly automated features help me free up time spent on shipping and products. Bonnie was dedicated to me, helpful, super polite, patient, she was positive and I love that! The only dissatisfaction is that the transportation is sometimes affected by the bureaucracy, resulting in a long period of not receiving the goods.
