I was a little confused that my klick actually added the product to the cart and could not find right away how to get to the cart, Once I saw where your cart command was it worked OK. I did have to remove items from the cart as I clicked to many when I didn't know that my clicks actually worked.

This was supposed to fit into a Dell laptop model# E6420 but it does not fit. We would like to return. I sent an email to the sales email address and have not heard back about returning the item. Please contact us, so we can arrange a return of this item.

The website is easy to use. I simply type in the battery number I need, Click place in cart, Select method of payment and checkout. Quick & Easy.

I need to wait on a complete recommendation until the order is complete and battery is used.
After 3 or so recharges, the battery life is far less than 5 hrs. If this does not change within the next few charges I will be returning it.
The ordering process and delivery time was very good. But to date the product is far from meeting specs.

Website was fantastic for finding the battery I need -- will be able to judge the utility of this site once I receive my order. Although at the moment I have only completed 3 of the 5 required battery discharge procedures for the first week, early results of the improvement already observed in battery strength are very, very encouraging that this battery will last a long time.
