I recently purchased replacement batteries for each of my HP dv7 laptops. Received both orders very quickly in only a few days after placing my order(didn't realize that I needed a battery for my second laptop which is why I had needed to place a second order). Received confirmation emails upon receipt of both my orders as well as confirmation emails when they were shipped. Received both products sealed in original packaging with instructions on how to correctly install the replacement as well as how get the best performance and life from the battery.
I am 100% satisfied with my purchase. I had a very excellent online shopping experience and plan to use laptopbatteryexpress again should I need additional products in the future.
It was very hard to find the proper replacement battery for our Thinkpad. We wrote all the numbers done from the old battery to compare and after at least 2 hrs think we found the proper battery!
