After 4 years, needed to replace the battery in my wife's Toshiba lap top. While several others sites had batteries they claim were compatible and a little cheaper, I wanted to stick with a genuine Toshiba battery. The pricing at laptopbatteryexpress was in line with other sites that offered the Toshiba battery I wanted. The site was easy to use and the shipping was outstanding. I ordered on a Friday with regular shipping, 3-7 days, and my battery arrived on Tuesday which was outstanding. Everything advertised is as stated and I will use again when needed.

Clear intuitive site. Appreciate product description / advice. Delivery beat estimate. Do have concerns about battery condition at shipment. Followed battery break-in instructions of full overnight charge, followed by several 1 hr discharges/recharges to condition the battery during first several days. After 2 days of 2+hrs of life showing right after start-up (after full charge and overnight rest) the battery life shown at start-up (on full charge) has decreased from 2+ hrs to 1 hour and 25 minutes@ 89% charge, decreasing to 1 hr 3 minutes@ 66 % charge after being on for 20 minutes. Seems like useful life per full charge at start-up should stay above 2 hours for at least several months of service. Still hoping for improvement!

I had to buy a replacement battery for my laptop, was very concerned & somewhat confused by the range of prices on various sites. After doing a good deal of research I chose laptopbatteryexpress, largely because the reviews and return policies gave me confidence that I would wind up pleased in the end regardless of any issues. No issues, battery was just what I needed, delivery was very quick also. Will use site in the future & recommend it to others. Most people I know want to spend the minimum on this type of item, but logically it's only a bargain if you are ultimately satisfied w/product through the life of its use.
