Received an email from the Customer Rep by the name of Fred. He clarified some issues as to warranty and if product defective, etc. He was very courteous and professional throughout the telephonic conversation!
I received the product in a timely manner. After opening the product, I noticed it was NOT a Sony rechargeable battery and it did NOT work; therefore, I need to return the product and received a full refund. Please provide a return address so that I may return the item to you.
