Had issue checking out. Message said I was already registered and needed to log in but when I clicked on "Forgot Password" system could not find my email address! Otherwise no problems.

Received new battery but the "Extended Run" model was sent rather than the one that I ordered. This battery doesn't allow the laptop to be connected to a docking station, which is how the laptop is most often used. The correct battery is being sent to me.

Having the right batteries at a fair price with free shipping is a good start. Unfortunately, I received one battery in seven days instead of the two I ordered. And the one battery was an extended run battery with different specifications(10.8 volts versus the 14.4 volts I wanted). Since I needed the battery and after speaking to this company, the battery is configured at the lower voltage for a reason? I kept the battery even though it stuck out of the back of the laptop. I asked about battery number two. It would take thirty days they stated. So after placing the order on July 1, I received battery number two on August 20. Battery number two did not exactly slip right in. I had to maneuver the little latch to get the battery to install properly.
The good news. Both batteries seem to be working properly. And I have folled the instructions that come with the batteries.
The not so good news. Had I known that the company did not have two batteries with right specs. In stock I would gone elsewhere. But no, they processed the order without ever stating that they didn't have two batteries. I also received an email that said that my laptops are old and that's why they had problems getting the batteries.
If you still want to purchase your battery here I would say to confirm that they are in stock and ready to go.
I will not recommend this company for all of the issues I have experienced.
