Replacement battery is larger than original but it locked in perfectly.
Had small difficulty locating 9 cell replacement for studio 1558 laptop by DELL however resolved that issue with a few clicks. Needless, to say I would order again from Laptobattery. Received battery in 3 days and so far it is working fine. Thanks again for a complete service well done. Will pass the word to my friends if they ever have a need.

Very easy shopping! I am somewhat disappointed with the Toshiba battery received since it never builds up to 5 to 6 hours left as did the original Toshiba battery! It only lasts about 3 hours before warning the battery is low with about 6 to 7 minutes left! This is the first time I have had this problem in ordering a new battery from Toshiba!
Worst online ordering experience I've ever had. After many attempts over a two day period I finally got my order to be successful. Your website sent me around in circles with misleading error messages. I don't believe I've ever ordered from you before, or else it was so long ago I forgot. It kept telling me my e-mail address is in your file / I'm already a customer. I try the login page and no where does it say to place an order. Only to review orders. The entire process was very frustrating and misleading. I suggest you do an intense alpha or beta test.

The shopping experience was quick and easy, and the shipping time was excellent. I appreciate the followup to ensure that the battery was received as scheduled. The battery was an exact match for the original, and so far the performance is good, definitely an improvement over the old battery. The price was a little higher than others I had seen online, but the warranty is better, and I suspect you get what you pay for. So far I am very satisfied.
