Laptop Battery Express was very helpful in returning the battery I had originally ordered only to find was incorrect but their customer service was great in locating the correct battery and 2 day shipping to get my laptop back running.
The battery was delivered promptly, works as advertised, and hasn't had any problems. I'm really glad it was available, it'll keep this old laptop running a little longer.
The last question can't be answered as of yet. Haven't used the battery.
