Fairly quick and easy
Very good efficient website that provides a valuable service. Happy to pay a little more and feel comfortable that I am getting what I want and a quality product. Other websites I looked at were much cheaper, but I don't trust the quality of the product.

I think it's my computer giving me problems, but I've had to reload the page a few times. The reason I left the "1" star is because I ordered a battery over 3 years ago and I'm supposed to "log in". I hate that, and wasn't willing to "go back" to log in and basically start over again, not know my password, go check my e-mail, remember it's probably in my spam folder which I can only check on another site, go find the e-mail to reset my password, be directed back to your page, have to do whatever it takes to get my computer to work again. Blah, blah, blah. Love your company, love the last battery I got, hate that I was forced to use another e-mail to avoid more work.

Great resource for replacement laptop batteries. I don't go anywhere else.
My battery is nothing like a brand new battery. Perhaps it's a refurbished one. I followed the directions EXACTLY as they state in their instructions, but it only lasts about an hour when fully charged. Tonight, it said it was at 100% even after an hour of use unplugged, then suddenly died. Now, it's behaving just like the old battery did before it died. I would like an exchange or refund.
Seems expensive for a battery, hopefully it will last a long as the original battery.
