I exchanged email messages with your customer service to assure I would order the exact battery I wanted. I wanted an extra cell battery that forms a big lump on the back of my laptop and props it up at a nice typing angle. Customer service sent me a link to specify the exact battery I wanted. I ordered it and customer service connected me with the exact battery I wanted. Great customer service.

One battery would not accept a charge. The other was ~100 dead, but did accept a charge. In my experience, this usually means old stock.

The buying experience made it very easy to match up my battery. Easy to pay. Very fast delivery even with the regular USPS method. Laptop battery express included instructions of how to improve and extend battery life which I recommend you read and follow before you install your new battery. Just so you know, I ordered and returned a battery from a competitor for 1/3 less the cost. So glad I found Battery Express.
Brackets were broken due to poor packaging.
Received battery quicker than expected, the problem is the product description said it included two different screws drivers as tools needed to remove the battery. I received two 00 screws driver and needed the other screw driver to remove the battery. Also, the instruction paper that included had some written notes from the previous purchaser asking for a refund on the products they returned. Anyway, I'm satisfied with this order.

You were recommended by Best Buy. I had been searching for a battery with the wrong number. BB corrected me on this, and steered me to laptopbattery express. The ordering was straight-forward, and the pricing seemed about what I would have expected. The only glitch was that I paid for 2-day shipping with FedEx, but didn't receive the battery for 7 business days, and then it was delivered by UPS - a bit strange. In all fairness, though, the weather in the shipping route was deplorable, so waiting the extra time was not an issue. I will use them again when needed.
We ordered Next Day and it was shipped 2nd Day, however, when we contacted the company, they immediately refunded the shipping charges. Would definitely order from them again.
