Very easy website to use and provided all the information needed to make a decision on the battery I selected. I received the battery, actually quicker than I was told, installed it and after one week all seems to be working fine. Old computers can be a challenge to find parts for and I needed to keep my old computer going, this was a site I will use again if needed.

Service was quick. The laptop battery I ordered did not slide into my computer properly. I called Customer Service to understand if I was doing something wrong. The Agent at Customer Service was polite but impatient. He did however send me a new battery which I received within two days and it fit properly.

Delivery was fast and they sent me an upgraded battery(extended life) free of charge. It is larger and more bulky than the original but it will last longer. Overall no complaints
