Easy site to navigate and find correct replacement batteries for our 2 Dell laptops - I got excellent tech customer service 2 separate times when I called to inquire about an issue I was having (both laptops weren't recognizing or charging the replacement batteries) Issue resolved immediately after troubleshooting - tech said he was shipping out 2 new batteries with priority shipment!
