The prices are competitive and the delivery was quick. It is a nice benefit that the battery color matched.

They had exactly what I was looking for, clearly identified the part numbers. Price a little higher than other suppliers, but the certainty of getting the right battery was worth the difference. Only problem was it wouldn't accept my PO box as a shipping address, even though the battery was shipped by USPS. Luckily, the local PO knew both my street address and PO box number, so it was delivered OK to my PO box.

Went to a battery store and was told a ridiculously high price and they didn't even have the batteries I needed. They offered to order them for me. I did my own ordering and got them very quickly and soooo much cheaper. Highly recommend this company.

The battery only lasts about 2 hours even with no programs open and running a screensaver. The product information said I would get 3-4 hours of use.

I am on the start of my fifth partial discharge per the instructions and it is working great. It appears to last longer with each partial discharge cycle so I appreciate the instructions provided with the battery. I think I am getting just over 4 hours or very close to it on each cycle which is what I was hoping would be the case. Very Happy!

Still conditioning the new battery, so not yet sure how long it will hold a charge (so far it's not for as long as I had hoped), but very pleased with ease of service, good selection of products (I have a very old computer), and speedy delivery of order.
