Easy online process
Very confusing site. Would not accept credit card first couple tries---wrong format. After a start over, order finally went through (I hope). The 3 star "buy again" will depend on whether or not the battery works (and charges) in my laptop.
Update: Received the battery, and it works great. All's well with battery express.
Shipping was ridiculously fast via USPS. 3 days to get from Ohio to a rural PO box in Hawai'i.
The battery received appears to be an original HP battery, not an aftermarket substitute as expected, because the markings are completely identical to the original battery from my HP Spectre laptop. It has a 2013 build date. It holds a full charge and appears to be functioning well through 3 charge/discharge cycles so far.
The only problem was that the mounting tabs were bent in and had to be straightened with a pair of needle nose pliers. This is despite the fact that the shipping box appeared undamaged and that the battery was packed nicely with protective foam and an anti-stat bag. Otherwise, installation was dead simple, a one-banana job.
I knocked one star off the "How satisfied were you with the products/services received?" rating for the bent tabs, and because the battery was OEM rather than a Samsung aftermarket battery --not that that's a bad thing, but I like to know what to expect.
Wish I could have used my customer loyalty $5 coupon.

Battery was securely packaged and came with easy-to-follow directions and suggestions for extending battery life. The battery seems to be functioning well and I have no doubt that performance will continue. I'm grateful for this company that made the process of obtaining the right laptop battery a positive and satisfying experience. I will most definitely use them again in the future!
