Simple website, but power cord selection is not great.

The only thing you guys could do to improve the experience is add the needed screwdrivers in the case of apple stuff. For example the Macbook air needed a pentalobe screwdriver to undo the bottom, which I was unaware of. It only cost me $3 online to get, but if you had given the option to include it with the battery I may have payed up to $15 for the additional screwdriver. Just a thought for your business.

Good so far. This is my second battery purchase from here. That battery is working great. The other three batteries I ordered got here quick. The third one later but ok. All three batteries are working great. A bit pricier than others but their capacity wasn't the same. Plus they could have been used. Thanks guys. Keep up the good work.

I received the battery one week ago. I am still going thru the conditioning steps. So far it is working fine. The delivery time was very quick considering that shipping was free. Every thing is good so far.

The website had to reboot after I was asked to change an address line. It took a bit long.

A lot of encouraging information! So far, so good! Only problem I've found is that it takes a little force/movement to get the battery to lock in place.

My shopping experience was fine. Unfortunately, my Dell laptop does not recognize your battery and won't charge it. Fred Dubois (?) has given me some suggestions to try to rectify this problem. But I have not had a chance to try them. I will, however, after my wife returns from the hospital.
