I found your site on Youtube and it was so helpful.

Everything was great. The one little thing that wasn't up to expectations is that the rubber pads that where affixed to the replacement battery immediately fell off. One fell of when I took the battery out of the package and the other fell off within a couple of hours after installing the battery in my laptop. Other than that, everything was excellent.

My experience regarding this order was excellent. No complaints whatsoever. Appreciated the short time it took to receive the order. The correct part was sent and there weren't any problems whatsoever.

The battery was a tiny bit too large so it does not fit exactly right in my laptop computer. For $80, I expected a perfect fit. It works so I don't want to hassle with trying to get a battery that fits like it should.
