Unfortunately it was not a battery I needed for my laptop, it was the processor, so I just returned it and laptop battery express was wonderful to work with. They were courteous to work with. I would definitely do business with them.

Product received as described in a fairly fast delivery time schedule. I was happy to see that the initial battery charge was holding at least 2.5hours before recharge. This is a lot more than other similar batteries that I had purchased previously from elsewhere and sent back to supplier. I am currently recharging the battery as it depletes to around 35-40% as described in the excellent battery maintenance instructions on the website and hope that the battery (9-cell 7800mha) will achieve a 4 hour turnaround once full charge is achieved after successive recharges.
This is my first time. I'll have a better opinion after the process has been completed. If it's a good one, I'll use this company again.
