I ordered a battery for my HP 8530w laptop (5300mA) and a few days later received a message they were out of stock. I called and they said they can ship a lower capacity battery (4800mA) for a lower cost. They expected my order in stock in 3 days so I decided to wait. 2 days later (Friday) my order shipped and I received it on Monday.

After testing it, I am very pleased with the battery life, price I paid (no shipping costs), email messages and phone conversations. They do more than most to get and keep you as a customer.

I recommend laptopbatteryexpress.com to anyone who needs a new laptop battery.

Battery tests (for those who are interested). A note came with the new battery saying recharge 5 times in the first week. Here are results of the first two:

First charge - 2hrs 10min (20% remaining)
Second charge - 2hrs 58min (19% remaining)

This is better than the original battery when I first bought the laptop.

- The huge long part description is disconcerting.
- Safebatteries offers a battery with more capacity (5800 & 8700 mAH), contrary to your advertising claim of offering the highest capacity. You both pitched your products well on-line.
- I didn't realize that the 9 cell battery would change the profile of the laptop. No big deal except it fits in my backpack more snugly.
- Part numbers on the battery and shipping docs did not match those on my order. Further digging did not reveal it as something I didn't order, however. It seems that the website and company have too many layers of identification for the same item. Initial performance of the new battery is just fine.
