Product arrived well packaged, and in excellent condition. It fit the computer like the OEM unit. Appears to charge well and time will determine how well it holds the charge. Delivery time was longer than expected, but it shipped from Canada with a weekend involved, so it's understandable. Overall, very well pleased with this company and their products.
Easy to order the battery. Have been using the battery for about a week with no problem. Went through the charging-discharging process to prolong the life of the battery. It now says I should have just under 5 hours of battery life which is within the expected range. I am running an external keyboard and mouse plus I have an external SVGA monitor attached. The form factor for the battery causes it to protrude from the back; not a problem for me but if you have a case that just fits your laptop, could be an inconvenience.

I needed a battery for an old Toshiba laptop. The website was easy to use, and no problems with the order. The battery was shipped promptly, and arrived in good time. When I opened the package, I found the right battery, in fact it has a superior power storage rating than the replacement I bought last time. I recommend this company and will shop here next time again.

I ordered 2 batteries for 2 different laptops. Was super simple regarding finding the batteries I needed. One even shipped with tiny screwdrivers that were needed. Only reason I gave them a 4 and not a 5 is because I had to watch a few videos online to figure out how to get the battery out / find the process for opening up the laptop and finding all the screws. But that was easy enough to find in about 2 minutes. Will use them again if needed and I highly recommend using them.

Everything went great. The battery came in a timely manner, it worked when I put it in, and the provided instruction page was helpful.
The only thing that was kind of unfortunate was that when I received it I had noticed one of the edges where you screw it into the computer had broken off so I was only able to screw one side of the battery in.
