Happy with the product I chose from a quality standpoint. It seemed of better quality than I found when searching. Easy to use site.
Not sure about the product yet. Had my wife install it (she's a network administrator), but she had trouble getting it to install in the computer...she tried the old battery again and it "clicked" into place. Pulled it out again and tried again, and it clicked into place,but she isn't sure if it was the old one or the new one. I know that is not too smart, but my computer is in a "docking station", so i cannot tell if it is working yet or not. I will take my computer home this weekend and try the unistalled battery again and we should be able to tell if a battery is fully charged or not. If the new one is in my comuter, after being connected to my docking station for a week, it should be fully charged. Sorry about not giving you a better response, but I would guess we will be satisfied.

I was completely surprised at how fast the battery got to my house after the order. I did replace the old battery with the new and everything seems to be going along quite well. I just am not sure what to do with the old battery.
