I received my order of a battery and cord package; however, after following directions on how to replace, charge and recharge the battery, my computer worked for a while until we had a power outage and I could not recharge the battery. I cannot use my computer at all.
I thought I might have a problem getting a new battery for my laptop, but your site made it easy to match the battery and get the correct one. My order was received in a timely manner.
The only question about battery Model: SQU-715 that I received is: Is this a 6 cell Li-ion Battery Pack or a 9 cell? I ordered the 9 cell, and according to the "description" that it "stuck out one inch beyond the laptop case." The Model: SQU-715 battery is exactly the same size as the "old" Model: SQU-720 which is a 6 cell battery. Did LaptopBatteryExpress send me the correct order? I have not used the SQU-715 battery nor has any power been applied to it. Please explain the conflict with your add "description" about the extended 9 cell use time (that I wanted) with the one inch size difference for the extended 9 cell over the "old" original six cell SQU-720.

I'm a repeat customer. It's easy to find the batteries I need at a good price, and I appreciate your warranty and length of time in business.
I was worried about buying and expensive OEM battery from a company other than the manufacturer but ZDNET said the company was good. I received the first delivery within 4 days, but it was the wrong battery.
I had to get in touch with service by using the new purchase line, but was informed that employee absenteeism was hurting and they got the new right battery to me in 3 days with a RA and shipping label for the wrong battery sent the first time. Charged it up fully and used it today. I was suprised because the original batteries that came with the Lenovo lasted about 5 hours and this one was at 2 % in 3. I had not intended to drain it that low. I am recharging it and will work it this week to 30% and recharge on 5 occasions and then hope the training will get the battery to a better state.
I realize problems can occur and the support people were very friendly and had a good story - I know the winter in Ohio is tough right now. The remedy was very quick and little hassle. I am just worried about the quality of the battery and will let you know in a week.
The whole process, from finding which battery to order, placing the order and receiving the order was fast and easy.
