Very easy to use site, I found what I needed, ordered it and recieved it in a timely manner. That's all I need to say.
After following charging instructions to the letter, a full charge will say 5 hours and 40 minutes and then when I use it it goes dead after about 45 minutes. Very disturbing...

Purchased, received and installed a new battery for my dell Vostro 13 laptop and a replacement AC / DC power pack. Received both several days after initial purchase. Arrival was quicker than expected. Battery is a direct replacement for the original. Mounting position and size of the battery are spot on with the original. Battery works well so far. Don't expect any issues. Appreciate information that came with the battery indicating the break-in procedure. Three cycles of 100% full charge to 20% charge. Replacement power pack is electrically equivalent to the original dell version. It's a bit larger physically, but appears to be more robust. I'm very satisfied with my order. I'll definitely shop the laptopbatteryexpress company again. Thanks for listening...
Couldn't find this battery on Dell site, found on yours immediately. Te battery only charges to 95%, is that normal?
