I just hope this is a real Samsung battery and that the battery life will be up to three hours as stated in the product description.

Easy to work with
I want to support an American company - great web pages and information and I got the right part the first time. After buying a battery from a "cheaper" company my IT shop installed it - it didn't fix the problem and they were convinced it was a motherboard issue.
I said no way - so I decided to use laptop battery express. After reading that they have the IC chip in it to control the circuitry this was the one for me - guess what? It WAS a battery issue and not a motherboard. As a last ditch effort if this didn't work, HP wanted me to ship it to them and they were going to replace the battery for $249 + shipping - NOT! Saved over $150 - worth the few days wait to get the battery. So impressed, I called to thank them.
Easy to find battery I need. I accidently sent in a review that did not give 5 stars to customer service (finger slipped on screen) and need to be sure that I correct that. The customer service was EXCELLECT. Now only did I receive the correct battery in a timely fashion, I called customer service to ask a battery question and they diagnosed a problem with my laptop along with specific instructions on how to have it repaired. The advice was spot on. I highly recommend this company and will buy from them again.
