So far, so good. Price was better than other companies; hoping it lasts longer than the last one I purchased.
The package was delivered by USPS. Unlike UPS or FedEx, they don't come to the door. The package was too big for the mailbox, so it had to be picked up at the Post Office the next day. Maybe I did not pay attention to the delivery options, but if I would have known it was USPS, even for free delivery, I would have chose to pay and have it delivered by UPS or Fed Ex. Besides that, the battery is working well and the instructions to get the most out of the battery is most helpful.
The main problem I had was I could not find the part # that I got from the bottom of the computer so I had to open and remove the battery which had a different part # listed on the battery itself. And the battery doesn't seem to hold a charge as long as I want but neither did the last one I bought from you,, maybe it is normal, time just goes by so fast when you are on the computer,,. And my computer gets very,very hot. It is old tho,
