Quick delivery, battery is working great!

This is my second time purchasing from this sight and I find it easy to manage with positive results.

The battery is correct and is working quite well, thank you! I do wish, however, that I had known that this particular model has "feet" that stick out the bottom. The original HP battery did *not* have them and so the laptop used to lie flat and now it no longer does, but the battery is otherwise correct and we are happy to have a working portable PC again.

Very complicated to set up the account.But once set up every thing was great and the speedy service was awesome! Will order from you again!

Very easy to locate the correct battery for my laptop. Extensive list of model/part numbers provide peace of mind that I am in fact ordering the right battery. Received the replacement battery within a few days and it works great with my Gateway laptop. Went from getting about an hour of use with my old battery, to 4+ hours with this extended battery!

Shopping experience was fine; checkout process did not want to recognize my PayPay Account. It took me five (5) tries to get the order placed

I found it very confusing. There needs to be an upgrade or something; the web site really slow and the path to purchase is not user friendly. Still have not recieved conformation of my account activation or my purchase.
Also, entering in my name and e-dess below is niether a conformation that I received my order nor that the "transaction went smoothly"

Very happy with all aspects of the order processing and shipment of the new battery for my laptop. Have installed it and it working very well. I ordered it on a Saturday night, it was shipped on Monday and I received it in the mail on Wednesday. The only criticism would be with the USPS package tracking system which wasn't updated properly for the order. Would certainly recommend you to others.

Great delivery time, pretty good pricing but after charging overnight and dis charging and recharging 3x I'm only getting about 2 hours of runtime on the 9 cell battery the add said I should get 3-5 hours maybe next time I'd spend a few bucks less on the 6 cell
Over all experience good I'll be back
