Your website is problematic. I clicked on the item i wanted and when i went to the check out it was a completely different item. This happened several times. When i finally got the item i wanted and made sure that's what was in the checkout basket it was a completely different price than was first quoted. I'm still not sure what the correct price is but my boss needs the battery.
You guys were great, will recommend you to all friends needing batteries.
I am impressed by your company. I watched the video about the quality of your batteries. I looked at cheap batteries on Amazon and rejected buying them there. They were cheap and the reviews were not good.

I received my order, and it was what I expected. After installing my battery, it had some kind of problem, and would not run more that 15 minutes. I e-mailed LaptopBatteryExpress and explained my problem. They agreed with me that there was a problem with the battery, and sent me a replacement that day. I received the replacement and returned the defective battery in the box provided. Postage was paid both ways by LaptopBatteryExpress so it cost me nothing to get the replacement. I am happy with the service they provided.
