Couldn't find the laptop battery on any other site. Search engine worked well on site and didn't on other competitor sites

The battery did not charge when I put in my laptop computer. I contacted the customer service and they did some troubleshooting over the phone and determined that I had a defective battery. They are going to send me another battery and I will return the battery that I received.

Received product as described and delivered on time. Very satisfied.

Well done - no other site provided me the ability to validate the proper battery by using the battery part number as opposed to the computer model number.

This is my first order. 3 choices were presented and it's not clear what the difference was between 2 of them. I'll have to wait to check the timeliness of delivery, quality of the product, and how customer service performs if I need them.
