After waiting 18 days for delivery of a new laptop battery from Sears, they informed me that they could not fulfill my order. I placed an order with Laptop Express and had my new battery in two days! Why didn't I know about them 20 days ago. The headaches I could have been spared!

Much less expensive than buying a replacement direct from Dell. Easy site to navigate. Battery that I received has triggered some error messages on the computer.
