Good experience overall. I appreciated google guarantee and delivery tracking, although 10 days for delivery seems a bit much. Will reserve judgment on product quality until we can test the battery's longevity.
The delivery was for 2 days, and it arrived on the 3rd day. I needed it before dec. 24, so that part was good. But I couldn't ordered regular ground and saved the $15 if i knew it would be the 3 days.
What a difference from the last "cheap" battery. I'm so happy that the laptop isn't balking at the "non Dell" battery! Great quality and service.
