After a lot of research, I decided that it would be best to spend a little more to acquire a branded Dell replacement laptop battery, and was a bit disappointed with the delivery timescale, but I received the battery sooner than expected. Unfortunately it was an unbranded battery and there has been zero response to my immediate email to the service email address

The delivery with tracking did work directly after payment. Had to wait 2 weeks for customers service. But this is normal and has nothing to do with the seller. Great care and communication, laptop battery works fantastic... 2 hours of work instead of 20 min with my 2 years old. I cant see any difference to the original, its absolutely the same. Five Stars!

Der Ersatzakku kam recht schnell aus Übersee und lag auch nicht lange beim Zoll. Seinen Weg konnte ich im Internet verfolgen. Der Akku funktioniert übrigens prima, also jederzeit gerne wieder.

They emblem either a Sony original battery, which is good, for it is not against a new battery, evidenced by the many scratches on the inside, which is quite disappointing. However, it works perfectly well.

Found this e-shop after 2 failed experience with local battery dealers. Seems that my laptop don't accept battery from external companies but only from manufacturer.
Placed the order, after about 2 weeks (China to Italy) i received the battery and immediately installed on the machine that recognize it and put under charge.
The quality of this battery is higher than the one that come with the machine, the working time is double and fits perfectly. Great value item and fast delivery.
