What can I say, I was a bit wary buying from this site but it is the best thing I have done not only was the price really good, so was the service from start to finish. The battery arrived very well packaged, was at least 75% already charged and very strong, after me and my husband pushed the very fragile connectors into the slots - I thought this is it won't work now, we had pressed really hard against the connections. My Toshiba laptop, is brilliant, it now loads all the apps virtually instantaneous when I sign in, the battery lasts a lot longer than before and I would not hesitate to use again or to recommend to anyone wanting a new battery - well done and many thanks. STAY AWAY FROM THAT COMPANY!

I am extremely unhappy with this company because they don't take their responsabilities and their offer a cheap service. You have to fight you way to be heard, trusted and maybe, if you are lucky, provided with the proper service.

Two orders with that company and two big mistakes:
In 2013 I asked for their advice about the kind of battery I needed. I trusted them and then received a battery that wouldn't fit my computer. I could not return them since I had agreed on the product thinking they were professionals

In 2015 I decided to let it go and put that mistake aside. Once again, I ordered a battery paying extremely attention to the reference number. This time I get the right battery but the wrong Miliamp Hours. After exchanging mails like for one month because they wouldn't believe me they had made a mistake, they finally agreed to get the product returned in Asia... the shipping fees my own cost! I can't believe how cheap they act and how irresponsible they are! I could pay the shipping fee but it's a question of principles.

You better have no probems with this company because that's the kind of service you will get if you order with them AND your order results being wrong.

I usually don't write reviews but I really feel angry and above all I mostly feel wronged. They seem not to care about their web reputation and writing that review I hope other people won't be making the same mistake.

Battery arrived on time and as advertised. The battery works as expected. This company has excellent customer service and communication. Would not hesitate to purchase from them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

I recently bought a replacement battery for my sony vaio laptop from www.laptop-battery.org.uk. The battery was very reasonably priced and more importantly, it works! From first placing my order to the battery being delivered laptop-battery.org kept in touch with me to let me know where my order was up to. I felt very confident that I would receive my goods. The battery arrived securely a few days later. I would definitely use this site again. Recommended.
