Nice rep was able to find my account and to help answer questions that I may have had regarding the new lamp purchase however, I was told that I would receive a welcome packet within two weeks but I just received an email from Lance Central saying asking if I've received my welcome packet which I have not

This is probably the easiest way to purchase land without sales hassle, qualification, huge down payment etc. The parcels are described accurately and unlike other seller finance land, you aren't being sold impossible parcels (quality, accessibility etc).

The website is so easy and purchasing your land is a breeze. They reach out to you within a day or two to get your website access set up. They also mail you and email you your purchasing packet. I love that they do both, for those who prefer one over the other. So far, I have not had to use customer service, but by the way they reached out quickly to get us our documents, makes me believe that future customer service needs won't be a hassle.
