I ordered a 'Wood Side Table' (Order *******) and received absolute waste. The product is broken, unstable, and poorly manufactured. When I asked for a refund, they demanded I pay 100 EUR to ship it back to a VAGUE address in China that has no house number (impossible to deliver!). This is a professional scam to keep your money. PayPal protection won't help because of their fake address tactics. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!"Attention! Scam seller. They send broken items and provide fake return addresses to avoid refunds."

I have all the correspondence, which is full of deception and feigned friendliness. Not to mention that they ignore me when I request a refund because I received a defective or even unusable item, as in my case. Delivery takes two months, and after that, you lose any right to a refund. The website states delivery takes 7 to 10 days, and returns are at my expense. The address in China is unclear, and the shipping costs more than the product itself.

I recently purchased a TV stand from Lakiq, and unfortunately, it arrived damaged. Despite providing pictures showing the damage to the parts, I was offered only a 5% refund. This is extremely disappointing, especially considering that some parts in the package, which weren't even in direct contact with the packaging, were already peeling upon arrival. This clearly indicates low-quality products.

The whole process of trying to get a fair refund has been frustrating. Lakiq's terms and conditions make it very difficult to resolve such issues, and getting a response has been a hassle. I expected better quality and customer service from a company that I trusted, but unfortunately, this experience has left me with a product I cannot use and a poor impression of their business practices.
