I asked the Law Teaching Staff at Lakehead University in Ontario to respond to the democratic failings of their lawyer brotherhood but NEVER received any reply from any of their law professors.
There is no justice when taking an incompetent, dishonest, self-serving, greedy or corrupt lawyer to their own Legal Mafia court system. The Legal Fraternity has always been allowed to be self-serving, self-promoting, self-policing, self-regulating, self-adjudicating, self-disciplining, and with immunity from all third-party, independent or government oversight, supervision or punishment.
As Canadians, we all know that this corrupt situation has existed since our FIRST LAWYER POLITICIAN John A. MacDonald formed the Law Society and the Legal System! Must we leave this corrupt Legal Mafia to our grandchildren? Must every middle class citizen take on Canada's corrupt Legal Mafia Bureaucratic Monster by himself?
Canada desperately needs an independent, dedicated, arm's-length, third-party, impartial, non-lawyer, federal LEGAL OMBUDSMAN. Canada must level the playing field when Canadian citizens are forced to deal with their self-serving, "Theft-By-Invoice", dishonest lawyers and their legal system self-protecting cronies.
