Terrible customer service, this store is sacm, there is no response and no refund

I've emailed on several occasions and have had absolutely no response, part of my order did not arrive and despite that I have paid for three pieces of missing clothing there is no response from customer care and no refund. This store is an absolute scam, please do not purchase from here.
