Really awful post purchase service. My family has purchased 3 items from La-z-boy, two of them with major problems. The first was a fabric sofa where the back cushion split at the zip a week after delivery. The replacement sofa was delivered with a hole in the fabric. No third sofa could be sourced so I got a paltry discount. The second issue was a leather recliner we purchased for my elderly father. The leather disintegrated after 2 years yet La-z-boy won't cover it under the 3 year warranty. The most disappointing part of their response is that they declined the warranty claim less than 24 hours after it was logged without ever seeing the fault in person. The hoops they will jump through to wash their hands of their low quality products is astonishing.
