All the ladies are attractive, most if not all the ladies appear to have hired or paid to have pictures taken by professionals, all wearing clothes from the studios always posing.
Common theme of pictures are girls wearing torn jeans or with holes, many in work out clothing, many look posed, I imagine hundreds is girls sitting at computers responding to unsuspecting people who are on this site.
I could be wrong and they are all real women.
