All anybody wants to do is chat through your system which means they're getting paid to keep guys talking on your website so that you guys make money. Doesn't seem like this is actually a legitimate website for meeting people all it is a way for you to make money and that's a scam. He charge for every email whether it's being sent or received and they just want to keep stringing you along instead of chatting somewhere else it's pretty clear
