Approximately one month ago we contacted Window Genie Atlanta to pressure wash our home and driveway. We were scheduled for Wednesday, March 31. There was rain on that particular day and a service man contacted us to say that they would not be able to come due to the weather. They said that someone from the office would be in touch that same day to re-schedule. It is now April 8 and still there has been no contact from anyone. How does one operate a business in this manner? This company clearly demonstrates gross incompetence and negligence on the part of its employees. We would never work with this company again.

From my experience, this auto repair shop demonstrated little concern for my opinion of how I was recently treated. I took my car in for a repair today (9/9/20) and was refused service because I had a previous issue with a repair for which they issued a credit I never requested. I believe they felt I was going to ask for a credit for the repair today. I never stated or gave any impression that was my intent. I was more than willing to pay whatever cost would be involved with fixing my car. When I asked Guilford Suanders (front counter employee) to explain further why he would not service my car, he refused to answer. Although it was obvious I was very disappointed, I was respectful and calm at all times. With that being said, I believe Guilford stepped away to call the police a little later. I suspect he did this because I am African-American. Had I been white, I doubt he would have felt threatened and responded in such a manner. I have no desire to ever return to his shop. I did, however, believe the owner (Steve Braxton) would want to know how a customer was poorly treated, so I called him afterwards. I thought he would listen with an open mind and display some empathy. I was wrong. Instead, he used the trope of "... I know race was not involved because Guilford has relationships with black people...". As a black man himself, I was very disappointed to hear this from Mr. Braxton. He made it very apparent he believed nothing I said was true. I have been completely honest with everything I have written."

Want to get screwed in business? You are very close. Kudzu Charged me $4500 for an exclusive advertising promo. Exclusive it was not with another company in my same industry highlighted at the bottom of my exclusive page. The site was great many years ago. The management that made this sit work was fired and replaced with people with little experience. The con jobs began when things were going well after the management changes.

I was informed my company was listed on Kudzu with very wrong information and did not give anyone authority to list my company. I have been trying to reach out to Kudzu to take this false information and listing down. I only receive emails and nothing more. I cannot log in as I did not list our company & do not have the login information. It keeps locking me out due to me not knowing the login information.

The company, Kudzu, allows individuals to falsely post hateful information without any supporting documentation. I understand reviews only if they are true and accurate. We as Business Owners should have the right to take our company off when someone had no authority to list our company. Plus, there is so much wrong information listed about our company, including address, phone number, etc.

I do have all supporting documentation and the reviews being submitted are due to anger, knowing we will not be working with them due to their unprofessional behavior and more.

Jessica's Groom Room, located in the Animal Care Hospital at 3411 Hwy 29 in Lawrenceville, has taken care of the grooming needs of my large Standard Poodle for about a year. Until recently they have done an acceptable job. However, the grooming work done in May and June of 2018 has been very unacceptable. In spite of my written instructions to not trim his skull pom pom, was cut very short. His trim, especially on his legs and feet, was quite uneven. He was loaded with fleas, probably from the kennel where he was placed at the completion of grooming even though I paid for flea medication shampoo as I always do. He was held from 9 am until 6 pm, even though I went there a 4:30 pm to pick him up. I was told that as I did not pay the EXPRESS SERVICE CHARGE HE WOULD BE HELD UNTIL 6 PM. I will never take my pets there again, even though the two Doctors there are very good.

I recently did business with Kelly from Select Floors of Roswell. He came to the house once to measure the kitchen for flooring and also prior to the men showing up to do the work. We are so impressed with the proficiency of their work, that 5 stars is not enough to brag about how great these male installers were. The quality of the Vinyl plank flooring is phenomenal. It looks like real wood. The fitted planks are so well fitted that the compliments we are receiving from friends and neighbors visiting wanting to see their handicraft will also do business with them. Their warranty is a great feature for thus product. We are anxious to do 2 bathrooms and a den in same product.
If you are looking to replace any floors in your house, do call them. Their workmanship has got to be the best in Atlanta. You will give them a 5 star rating as well.

I have been taking my dog to Camp Bow Wow Lawrenceville, GA for weeks. Yesterday when I picked up my dog after they ran my credit card and before they brought my dog out to me the guy at the desk ( owners son in law) said there was a little dog altercation and my dog had a few scratches. I asked about the other dog involved he said no injuries for that dog. When they brought my dog out I was in shock he had a huge deep laceration above his eye and one on his neck where collar wraps. I was in shock and asked why they didnt call me when this happened. The staff lady replied because we decided to wait until you picked him up to tell you about it. The son in law of the owner went on to say his wife was a Vet Tech and my dog did not require treatment. I rushed my dog to Apalachee his Vet and had to get clamps in both places and is on two meds antibiotics and inflammatory.
I am so upset they didnt call me so we could asses if we needed to get my dog care.

I bought a new Honda Pilot in 2003 and Curry Honda is the only one that has ever repaired or serviced my car in fourteen years, and I am very particular about my car. They must be doing something right because I keep going back. They have an excellent service department and offer fantastic customer service. Their shuttle service has three vans which I depend on to take me home after I leave my car at the dealer and pick me up and take me back to the dealership to pick up my car after repairs and service have been completed. The shuttle drivers (Bernard and Dave) are very knowledgeable about street locations and are super courteous. I strongly recommend Curry Honda to anyone needing to buy a car or have their car repaired and serviced.

Have gotten a couple of really bad (showed up at 11 am smelling of alcohol) contractors off of Kudzu. Companies change, so, although a company might have enough good reviews (which might have been written by that company's staff) to give them a high average rating, it's important for the consumer to give more weight to reviews written over the past year, or two at the most. Ignore all the rest. It's even more important to read content. If you see glowing reviews, but they lack detail about the project, then assume those reviews were written by the owner of that company or his/her relatives.
