Ordered a pair of earrings (that did not say preorder or custom made) for a last minute Christmas gift. Three months later still have not received anything other than a generic "it's being made" email. I wish I would have found this site and read the reviews before wasting money.
This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. There aren't enough characters to express how terrible it is. They won't ship your items. They hardly respond to emails and messages. They'll offer you store credit so they don't lose money. The customer service is managed my the devil himself. Avoid at all costs.
Ordered on Jan 26, no tracking info was ever provided even though I asked for it and they had taken the money on the 26th. They sent a generic email back that was useless and didn't provide any information on when it would ship. I lost $136 to them. Don't, just don't. I am beginning to think they aren't even a legitimate business given how many reviews reflect the same experience I had. I so regret not looking at the reviews sooner. I wish there was a way to leave review on the site but of course, that is not an option which really isn't surprising.
Ordered a ring and this is the third time in a row they have sent me the wrong item. Obviously they are very disorganized if they can't get the one-of-kinds sent out correctly. Emailed and no response.
Please be careful of this Boutique. If you go online to Instagram, Facebook Reddit, you will see how this company operates. It's not worth doing business with them. They have ways of scamming you so you can't get your money back if they didn't deliver on a product and believe me there's a lot of people that are having this problem with them. They have $90 of my money that I disputed with Chase because I never got the merchandise. They finally contacted me and said if you cancel your dispute with Chase, we will send you your money back that was two weeks ago no response from them so I called Chase today to reinstate my dispute and Chase tells me once you have canceled a dispute you cannot re-enter it go to The Boutique to get your money back. I had to laugh they never refund money. Avoid like the plague.
I placed an order at the beginning of November and have never received it. They claim it was a preorder but the description did not say that. They provided a tracking number but the post office shows it never received the package. I have emailed and DMd with no response.
My experience confirms the serious issues Krush Kandy has with its refund and cancellation policies. This is a purely transactional e-commerce business that attempts to withhold customer funds using contradictory policies.
The Facts:
1. Canceled Before Shipment: I placed an order and immediately requested cancellation before the order was processed or shipped, as I had concerns about sizing and the company's reputation.
2. Refusal to Refund Cash: Krush Kandy refused to issue a cash refund ($95.19), insisting that a cancellation is only eligible for store credit.
3. Policy Contradiction: When challenged, they attempted to enforce an "Order Cancellation for Store Credit Only" rule via email screenshot, which is NOT conspicuously posted on their main website Refund Policy page. The posted Refund Policy only covers returns of physical merchandise (which this was not).
4. Violation of Consumer Law: The merchant's attempt to force store credit for an unfulfilled order, where the buyer received no goods or services, violates Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, which mandate a full cash refund in such scenarios.
5. Business Transparency: The business operates out of multiple rented private mailboxes (PMB 268 in Tucson, AZ, and a suite in Goodyear, AZ), further confirming they are a distant e-commerce reseller, not a true local boutique, yet they use the "boutique" label to justify withholding cash refunds.
Conclusion:
Krush Kandy holds customer money hostage, even for unfulfilled cancellations. If you need to return or cancel anything, they will force you into store credit, trapping your money in their business. I have filed a chargeback with my credit card company due to their refusal to comply with basic consumer refund rights. Shop at your own risk.
On Dec 1 and 4 of 2025 I placed 2 separate orders that were meant to be Christmas presents for my granddaughter. I was stupid and didnt read the fine print which said it could be 9-12 weeks for delivery. At 12 weeks i begin to email them and am given excuse after excuse, It is now 15 weeks and no word and no delivery. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR CRAP!
I ordered in November 2025: below is the email confirmation of my order. I NEVER RECEIVED IT. I ORDERED THROUGH AFFIRM AND AM REQUESTING MY MONEY BACK. NO RESPONSE FROM KANDY KRUSH, but plenty of ads to order. NO THANK YOU>
Order #******* November 14,2025 The Ridge Zip-Up Padded Corduroy Puffer Vest S-3X EXCLUSIVE Pink / M $48.00
I placed my order on March 16 after being told it would take approximately four weeks to complete. I ordered a custom bracelet as a 50th birthday gift for my best friend of 45 years. The bracelet shown on the website featured the number 47, but my custom order was supposed to be in honor of her 50th birthday.
After months of delays and countless emails with Yilana, Jacquelyn, Sarah, and Cale, I finally received the wrong piece of jewelry.
What made the experience even more frustrating was that every email felt like an AI-generated template, each ending with the phrase, "With sparkle and care." Unfortunately, there was very little care shown throughout this process.
This was supposed to be a meaningful, once-in-a-lifetime gift, and instead it became months of disappointment and frustration. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Pays for good reviews. KKB used to be great. Things have drastically took a turn and gone downhill that last 2&1/2 years. Just skip and shop her jewelry directly from Etsy.

I have ordered from this company a few times and have only received about 30%, the rest I have continuously get told it's out of stock and I can wait or get store credit - it takes customer service more than 3 days to reply to any email and the answer has always been the same. I pre ordered a pair of shoes back on 3/1/25 that were supposed to ship beginning of May. It's now 5/22/25 and the order reflects "Paid". Also attached pics show part of the same order that was also out of stock so I was awarded credit for the leggings set as well. I have recently purchased a pair of boots for $89.95 and waited 2 weeks before finding out they're not in stock and I was issued store credit. They never refund and only offer store credit. This has been the worst boutique I've dealt with in my life and I just want my money back because upon ordering something new, it's out of stock. Buyer beware this will happen to you over and over again.
I ordered some items that were no longer in stock & immediately their customer service credited back my account and sent a lovely email letting me know how sorry they were! It was no hassle, no arguing, just quick and easy resolution! I have been shopping here for a while and this has been my first customer service experience, and even though I hope I never have to use customer service again, this experience has left me feeling good and cared for! I know these girls work hard and I could tell by the response they were genuinely apologizing for the issue!
I ordered and item 2 weeks before my trip so I would have it and it never shipped. I requested a refund because it never shipped. They offered me a credit. I told them I did not want to do business with them again and I wanted a refund. I never heard from again. These people are scammers don't do business with them!
I think all these reviews saying customer service has been great, are reviews coming from their friends and family. I will never order from this company again. Their policy says shipments no longer than 10 business days and still have not rec'd tracking information well over 10 business days. They will not respond to any of my emails. They will not refund me MY money. They have at this point stolen from me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
Never received order emailed and no response unhappy at prices and promotions that were supposed to be take off total product price and was not would not recommend
Never received half my order. They said they oversold and I asked for a refund and they said they could only do store credit. I said it wasn't my fault they oversold and I want a refund. They said they would have to talk to management and then I never heard back again
Every piece of clothing and jewelry I have received from krush kandy has been of high quality. The clothing and jewelry was well protected in the mail. I never had any issues receiving what I paid for.
Answer:A: Thank you for reaching out with your concern.
Incentivizing customers to leave a review—whether positive or negative—is a common and legally permissible practice, as long as businesses do not require a specific sentiment in exchange for the incentive. In this case, offering a $10 store gift card simply serves as a token of appreciation for the customer's time in sharing their experience.
Sitejabber's guidelines allow businesses to request reviews with their sitejabber link with incentive or non incentive as a thank you for their time. Since there is no requirement for the review to be positive, and customers are free to express their genuine opinions, this does not violate ethical or legal standards.
