Ordered a pair of earrings (that did not say preorder or custom made) for a last minute Christmas gift. Three months later still have not received anything other than a generic "it's being made" email. I wish I would have found this site and read the reviews before wasting money.
This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. There aren't enough characters to express how terrible it is. They won't ship your items. They hardly respond to emails and messages. They'll offer you store credit so they don't lose money. The customer service is managed my the devil himself. Avoid at all costs.
Ordered on Jan 26, no tracking info was ever provided even though I asked for it and they had taken the money on the 26th. They sent a generic email back that was useless and didn't provide any information on when it would ship. I lost $136 to them. Don't, just don't. I am beginning to think they aren't even a legitimate business given how many reviews reflect the same experience I had. I so regret not looking at the reviews sooner. I wish there was a way to leave review on the site but of course, that is not an option which really isn't surprising.
Ordered a ring and this is the third time in a row they have sent me the wrong item. Obviously they are very disorganized if they can't get the one-of-kinds sent out correctly. Emailed and no response.
Please be careful of this Boutique. If you go online to Instagram, Facebook Reddit, you will see how this company operates. It's not worth doing business with them. They have ways of scamming you so you can't get your money back if they didn't deliver on a product and believe me there's a lot of people that are having this problem with them. They have $90 of my money that I disputed with Chase because I never got the merchandise. They finally contacted me and said if you cancel your dispute with Chase, we will send you your money back that was two weeks ago no response from them so I called Chase today to reinstate my dispute and Chase tells me once you have canceled a dispute you cannot re-enter it go to The Boutique to get your money back. I had to laugh they never refund money. Avoid like the plague.
I placed an order at the beginning of November and have never received it. They claim it was a preorder but the description did not say that. They provided a tracking number but the post office shows it never received the package. I have emailed and DMd with no response.

This is a purely transactional e-commerce business that attempts to withhold customer funds using contradictory policies. The Facts: 1. Canceled Before Shipment: I placed an order and immediately requested cancellation before the order was processed or shipped, as I had concerns about sizing and the company's reputation. 2. Refusal to Refund Cash: Krush Kandy refused to issue a cash refund ($95.19), insisting that a cancellation is only eligible for store credit. 3. Policy Contradiction: When challenged, they attempted to enforce an "Order Cancellation for Store Credit Only" rule via email screenshot, which is NOT conspicuously posted on their main website Refund Policy page. The posted Refund Policy only covers returns of physical merchandise (which this was not). 4. Violation of Consumer Law: The merchant's attempt to force store credit for an unfulfilled order, where the buyer received no goods or services, violates Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, which mandate a full cash refund in such scenarios. 5. Business Transparency: The business operates out of multiple rented private mailboxes (PMB 268 in Tucson, AZ, and a suite in Goodyear, AZ), further confirming they are a distant e-commerce reseller, not a true local boutique, yet they use the "boutique" label to justify withholding cash refunds. Conclusion: Krush Kandy holds customer money hostage, even for unfulfilled cancellations. If you need to return or cancel anything, they will force you into store credit, trapping your money in their business. I have filed a chargeback with my credit card company due to their refusal to comply with basic consumer refund rights. Shop at your own risk.
On Dec 1 and 4 of 2025 I placed 2 separate orders that were meant to be Christmas presents for my granddaughter. I was stupid and didnt read the fine print which said it could be 9-12 weeks for delivery. At 12 weeks i begin to email them and am given excuse after excuse, It is now 15 weeks and no word and no delivery. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR CRAP!

I ordered a holiday sweater from Krush Kandy on Oct. 30. I have not received the item. I received confirmation that they received my payment.
Ordered 01/11. Emailed 01/26. Received bot responses. Filed chargeback 02/05. Shipping created. Now they are emailing and being rude.
I placed an order a month ago and never received it. I texted them and the next day they replied and told me what to do. I waited and the next week still nothing received. I sent another text and right away I found out what went wrong and the issue was resolved right away! Thank you!
I am impressed with how well this boutique operates. Everything from the frequent Live presentations, app, website, shipping speed, advertising, notifications and customer support has been above average. Highly recommend shifting your online shopping from the big corporate sites, and supporting this small business.
I haven't had a bad experience yet. If there were items that I purchased and they were over sold, (happened twice) the boutique gave me store credit. Everything that I have purchased, I've loved so far!

This company is what I call a RARE JEWEL! And why I say rare jewel is bc I've never seen a small business go from first selling LulaRoe (was one of the top selling consultants) for years and years and then move on to something bigger and better. I LOVE Kristyn's style and I feel as if she put a lot of time into shopping for her customers and making sure everything is perfect for her customers. I've never seen anyone carry themselves with complete integrity all the while having to defend her business and dealing with such nonsense and immaturity from people that are jealous and want to destroy anything good that this boutique puts out! I will continue to support them and I thank her husband for his service to protect our country. All in all, this sweet boutique has earned above and beyond these 5 stars and I'm sure there are tons of others that will agree with me 💜
My first order from this store was shipped in three pieces, and it was appreciated that they shipped the first part quickly rather than waiting. My items are cute and fit as expected. One item I expected to be sequin, but was screen printed, but it's still cute.
In the past I did have a few problems with them, but they made everything right. Since then they have hired more staff and are wonderful. They have great products and fast shipping.
